Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 is a fighting video game that is developed by Capcom with the help of Eighting and published by Capcom. This game is actually an updated version of Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds. Since the game is an update it actually has very identical gameplay mechanics as with the original. Players have to create a team of three characters and battle it out with the opposing team. The difference from the original game is that adjustments were made to the aerial combat as well as the X-Factor systems. Also, changes to the overall look of the game has been overhauled.
